The largest of all
five islands, rising from the mist of the earth's
primordial past, creatures that roamed the planet
eons ago have been brought back to life at
Jurassic Park. At first the lush, tropical
setting seems to be a placid paradise, but here
scientists have used the most modern technology
to bring back earth's most remarkable creatures.
It's a fantastic journey into the earth's most
primitive past.
JURASSIC
PARK RIVER ADVENTURE
You must be over 42
inches tall to ride River Adventure.
Here you can board a riverboat and behold the
scientific marvels that brought dinosaurs back to
roam the earth, as you float along and tour the
various dinosaur habitats. But be warned, stay on
course or you will encounter dangerous creatures.
You'll flee from deadly Raptors, and dodge
venomous Spitters, then brace yourself for a
raging T-Rex is loose and the only way to escape
is an 85-foot plunge in total darkness. Strap
yourself in for the escape of your life.
PTERANODON
FLYERS
Eons ago, soaring
silently above ancient forests with wing spans of
up to thirty feet, Pteranodons stayed safely out
of reach of even the tallest dinosaurs. Now they
have returned. Come and learn to fly with the old
pro's as you sit under the giant wings of these
gentle creatures and cut through the wind as you
glide effortlessly over the treetops of this
prehistoric jungle
CAMP
JURASSIC
An interactive
prehistoric playground complete with rumbling
volcanoes and cascading waterfalls. Here you can
explore secret caves and a mysterious amber mine,
clamber through dinosaur capture nets, play on
one of the themed slides, suspension bridges or
join in a water-cannon fight in the containment
paddock. Alternatively you may take a trek along
Thunder Lizard Trail, only at Camp Jurassic.
THE TRICERATOPS
ENCOUNTER
Reach out and touch
the past in a once in 60 million years chance to
pet a moving, breathing dinosaur. Join the
Jurassic Park rangers in a veterinary paddock and
tour the feeding and control stations where the
skilled rangers will teach you the history of the
24-foot long and 10-foot tall gentle beast.
You'll be amazed as the Triceratops reacts to you
with snorts, blinks, flinches and even hooting
cries, only at the Triceratops Encounter. Each
Triceratops weighs 25,000 pounds, which is more
than the combined weight of two elephants.
JURASSIC
PARK DISCOVERY CENTRE
Towering over the
treetops, the Jurassic Park Discovery Centre
welcomes you to explore and unearth the miracles
of science with hands on interactive exhibits and
displays. In the centre rotunda you can examine
the massive fossilized remains of a T-Rex. You
can even take a peek in the dinosaur nursery
where you may even see a baby Velociraptor
hatching from its egg.
